Disclaimer: Let’s get the legal stuff out of the way first. I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review but all opinions below are my own and I was not compensated for this post.
When I recieved the ‘Instant Happy Journal’ by Karen Salmansohn last month, I was SUPER excited! The holiday season is all about giving thanks and gratitude, so I knew the journal would put a smile on my face.
According to the author, the purpose of the book was to help you live your happiest life. The journal is filled with “happiness prompters”.

I’ve only completed about 1/4 of the journal so far but it’s already a great part of my day. I look at it as a “bonus” thing to do at the end of the day. Some of my favorite “happiness prompters” from the journal include:
- Share some words of wisdom a friend told you today (or recently) that inspired you
- What’s something you need to finish? Why haven’t you?
- Failing is not always failure –> this is my favorite!!
- Today was dun because…
- Defend your fears
Because I loved the book so much, I purchased an extra copy to giveaway to you! Enter the giveaway below:
