I own this towel and have given a few as gifts and it’s awesome! There’s nothing better than a nice cool towel to wipe away sweat, especially when it’s warm outside or very hot in the gym.

I have a running journal but haven't updated it in a while (oops), I also have a cooling towel and LOVE it! Could totally use another one so I have a back up when mine is in the wash! 🙂

I have tried doing more of an activity log instead of a journal. But had trouble keeping it caught up.
