If you’re a runner, you probably know about chafing. Unfortunately if you are running a long distance, its always possible to experience chafing. Luckily there is a product out that can help!
So what exactly is chafing? This is the “legit” definition according to Wikipedia:
“Chafing refers to the irritation of skin caused by repetitive friction, usually generated through skin to skin contact of multiple body parts. Chafing is usually contracted in the inner thighs and inner glutes; armpits and nipples can also develop chafing although it is less common.”

I love that "Jesus take the wheel"! LOL! I"ve had some pretty bad chafing in those unmentionable areas and Body Glide has helped a ton. I use the cream and the stick, depending on the area.

Friggen dying…you're hysterical and it's SO accurate! I chaffed from my long run over the weekend and it STILL HURTS! ….all because I forgot the glide!!! WAH!

Chafing is THE WORST. I get that lovely in between the thigh goodness or have gotten bra chafing from newer bras. I love body glide though!

That's where I got my chafing and it was a very unpleasant experience lol. Body Glide to the rescue!

oh my word I am JUST learning the pains or chafing–last year I never chafed lol this year? wtf? I had a straight burn mark around my bra area for a good 2 weeks after a long run earlier this summer. I use body glide now and all is well, I just have to remember to do it EVERYwhere!!

Same here. I don't know how I never experienced it to having the worse pain ever! I guess we both learned the hard way but at least we will be life long glide users!
