Happy Wednesday! I think I’m still in denial that Christmas is on FRIDAY. Maybe it’s because it’s been very warm here (in fact, tomorrow will be almost 70 degrees…) and we have not had any snow yet this season. Luckily I got my holiday shopping done and I don’t have to be out in the madness today or tomorrow!
So last week I started to think about what type of workout I want to do on Christmas. I decided on running my own 5K on Christmas morning or afternoon. I will need to get in some type of exercise because eating and drinking #allthethings and the weather should be great for a run. In case you don’t want to run on Christmas, I searched the Internet (well really Pinterest) for some great Christmas Day workout ideas.

i usually run on Christmas–this year it's on a Friday which isn't a workout day for me. We'll see how I'm feeling!
