Happy Friday!
I am so happy this week is over. I’m looking forward to a weekend with absolutely no plans. For the first time in 7 weeks I don’t have a race scheduled for this weekend. Say what?! What am I going to do with myself? Knowing me, I’ll still end up running both days this weekend anyway 🙂
Nice short blog post for today. I received the below in the mail from GNC earlier this week. I thought it was great at has some great tips for how to stay active while at work. I work in an office and it’s horrible when you think of how many hours I just sit in my chair working on communications, taking conference calls, reading/replying to emails, etc. I actually force myself to get up every hour, even if it’s just to refill my water bottle. Now that the weather is nicer, I plan on going for a walk during my lunch break.
