Last month, I received three BeFit products – Vanillia Whey Protein Powder, Far Burner and Pre-Workout. I’m always up for trying new products, so I was beyond thrilled when the package arrived.

I really loved this protein powder. It wasn’t overly sweet and it mixed in well with water, fruit and vegetables when I used it to my green drinks. I also added it to my multigrain pancake mix and it was delicious. The pancakes still came out fluffy! Also with 22 grams of protein, it helped to keep me full for a few hours.

Loved the flavor of the Pre-workout. Every time I used it, I just put it in regular ice water (nothing fancy). It powder always dissolved in the water – that is a big plus for me. Sometimes powders do not dissolve fully and you end up drinking clumps of non-mixed powder and that is disgusting! I would usually mix the pre-workout with water 20 minutes before my workout. I found that it gave me a great boost of energy, especially when running. For example, this 6-mile run turned into a 10 mile run – Oops!

I’m not gonna lie, I was a little wary of using the Fat Burner product because I’m not a big fan of taking pills, but once I read all the ingredients, I felt that the product was safe. I used the Fat Burner for 2 weeks and I definitley noticed a small increase in my energy levels.
BeFit also provides 30 Day Fat Burn Workouts on YouTube. These are awesome videos designed to help you sweat and burn fat! Another positive – the videos are short (15 minutes maximum)! In fact I did the lower body blast after a run this week and holy moly – talk about effective!

Hoping to “be fit” (and stay fit ) all year with running/hiking, crossfit and cycling. Who knows, I might even join my schools Powerlifting team !

My plan to “be fit all year” is to continue my clean(er) eating. Also, got back into running and have a goal to run 20+ miles each week. I also cross train.
