I runfess that February has felt like the longest month ever
I know it’s technically the shortest month of the year but it feels like February has dragged on and on. Maybe it was all the snowy cold weather that made the month seem long? Either way, I feel like every day is 50 hours long. Hopefully March will be much better!
I runfess that I want to reduce my screentime
I have found myself mindlessly scrolling on my phone for a little too long at night. I definitely look at Instagram and Tik Tok as a way to wind down and laugh before going to bed, so I’ll still do that, but it will be for a shorter amount of time.
I runfess that I’m looking forward to running on the Peloton treadmill
While I don’t think it will be delivered on March 12 (the order is still showing as “pending”), I’m still hopeful it will be delivered sometime next month. The belt of the treadmill has slates as opposed to a normal treadmill belt, so I’m curious to see if that change will be easier on my knee.
I runfess that I’ve been sleeping better lately
I definitely don’t want to jinx myself, but I’ve been sleeping better the past few weeks. I still have nights where my sleep isn’t that great but at least that’s not the case every night!
