Here are the weekly prompts for our last week:
Monday, 2/2: Yoga roulette! Pick your favorite pose & hold for 5 minutes
Tuesday, 2/3: Drop & give us 20 push-ups
Wednesday, 2/4: High knees for 60 seconds
Thursday, 2/5: Ab attack! Plank for 60 seconds (bonus points for longer!)
Friday, 2/6: #FREEFriday – choose something to share and tag #NoExcuses
Saturday, 2/7: Share your favorite healthy eating tip with the group

The only yoga pose I like to hold for 5 minutes is Shivasana. Is that bad? #NoExcuses #SweatPink.
I see nothing wrong with that! I'm not a yoga person (trying to get into it more) but I really like downward dog.
I've been enjoying the sweat pink challenges too. i don't do them everyday but trying to jump in whenever I can!

I have really been enjoying the challenge but this week has been hard for me to stay on track (with the challenge at least). Trying to play catch up as we speak 🙂
