I have a pretty set morning routine. I’m out the door before 7 a.m. and usually at work logging into my email around 7:15 a.m. Yes that’s early, but I leave work at 4 p.m. which allows me to get in my workouts in the afternoon and still have some free time at night 🙂 Today I want to share a variation of my morning protein green smoothie.

Morning Protein Green Smoothie
|All the ingredients you need!|
Ingredients (makes 16oz)
- Handful of ice (4-6 ice cubes)
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup fruit (this morning I used half a banana and a handful of frozen strawberries)
- 1 scoop Vega Viva Vanilla Protein Smoothie
