Let’s move on to the good stuff…it’s time for #MusicMonday!
Today’s #MusicMonday post is all about Eminem. Eminem is my favorite music artist, period. To say I was obsessed with him in back in the day would be an understatement. He was THE artist for me. You know, the one you think you’re going to marry and have babies with, lol. Now that I have grown up, I still appreciate all his music and I own all of his albums, even his very first one (Infinite). I will most like do a part 2 and 3 for Eminem later on the year because there are SO many good “get hype” songs. What I love is that his songs can be used not only for running, but basically any workout – spinning, lifting, etc.
Disclaimer – His music is obviously not family friendly, so if you don’t like curse words, you may not be a fan of his music, haha.
When you have two of the best rappers of all time in the same song, you just know it’s going to amazing. This song doesn’t disappoint.
If I am lucky enough to still be running in 50 years, this song will forever be on my playlist.
This is another great song from the 8 Mile Soundtrack. I don’t think he ever released a video for it, but the beat is great for running if you’re trying to nail a particular pace.
Love the hard beat on this and the rapping is great as always.
One of his newer songs where his lyricist skills are on full display. I like this song because I focus more on rapping than running so it makes the time fly by!
