Sorry that the blog has been a little quiet the past two weeks. Life got busy, work is hectic, I moved into a new apartment on Friday, got snowed in on Saturday, so the blog posts got pushed aside. Anyway, without further ado, let’s jump into this week’s #MusicMonday post…
It’s Britney, bitch!
So unless you’ve been living under a rock for over a decade, you know all about Britney Spears. Although I don’t really listen to a lot of Pop music, Britney has song great songs that will help you power through any workout!
This might be my favorite Britney song. I used this song a lot when I taught spinning because it’s perfect to get the heart rate going and to work up a good sweat!
Whenever I hear this song I always think about the MTV Awards and when Britney performed this song with a snake. It was one of those TV moments that you don’t forget.
I like this song for my cool down walk after a hard run. It’s a fun song with a great beat.
