I’m a huge fan of Science in Sport products, especially their sport gels, so I jumped at the chance to try their new product, Immune Tablets. These tablets are designed to support and maintain immune function, especially during and after exercise. The really appealed to me as I tend to feel run down when Spring starts due to the change in weather and allergies. In addition, April was a super stressful month for me, so I was glad to have this product to use during workouts to help maintain my health!
How do you use the tablets?
You can consume one tablet per day. The tablet easily dissolves in plain water within a few minutes. The orange flavor was quite tasty and wasn’t overly sweet. I usually added the tablet to my water bottle a few minutes before starting a workout, like a run on my treadmill.
I also used this product during my bootcamps and spinning workouts as well.
What are the benefits?
Heavy training can suppress the immune system for 72 hours post-training. SiS Immune Tablets are designed to support athlete health without compromising training benefits. The tablets contain 200mg of vitamin C and 2.5mg of Iron. The product is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians and is lactose free, gluten free, wheat free, and nut free.

I bet these are a great thing to take for just on-going wellness, too. We added Vitamin C to our daily supplement mix, this past year, to help ward off invading viruses (ahem, COVID). SiS has so many great products! You know I’m a lover of their gels 😉

Yup! Good to take for ongoing wellness too – that’s what I plan on doing.

I love their gels because they aren’t super thick and I can take them without water.

Same! Also for some reason the change in seasons always causes me to feel a little under the weather.
