Happy Sunday Funday! I both love and hate Sundays. I love Sundays because it’s a great day to prep and get ready for the week ahead. I hate Sundays because it means the weekend is almost over ๐
This week, we’re continuing the #1MllionMinutes campaign and Fit Approach is partnering with prAna. I love #1MillionMinutes because its a great visual way to see how all your workouts really add up. So far I’ve logged 2,918 minutes and the campaign has racked up 312,071 minutes! That’s amazing, but we’re still a long way from 1 million.
