Happy Tuesday! It’s time for another edition of Tuesday Topics. This week’s Tuesday Topic: 2022 Mid-Year Review!. Remember to link-up with Kim and Zenaida and the bottom of this post.
Can you believe that we are already half-way through 2022? Although the year started off a little slow, I feel like the past few weeks have gone by at warp speed. Now if only the Summer could go by quickly so we can get to Fall, that would be great, lol.
As a reminder, here are the goals I set for myself back in January:
I have made good progress against my six Peloton goals.
1,000 Cycling Classes – Complete!
I just hit this goal on Saturday. I am happy to be done with the goal way before December. Maybe I should make another cycling goal for the last 6 months of the year?
700 Strength Classes – 97% Complete
I’m currently at 678 strength classes so I am aiming to complete this goal by the end August.
500 Running Classes – 94% Complete
I’m currently at 470 running classes so I am aiming to complete this goal by the end of August.
250 Tread Bootcamp Classes – 85% Complete
I’m currently at 212 tread bootcamps. This goal is a little tricky because the bootcamp classes are normally 30, 45 or 60 minutes long, so it takes a bit longer to hit milestones. I hope to have this goal completed sometime in the Fall – aiming for sometime in October.
250 Walking Classes – 99% Complete
I’m currently at 247 classes so I will complete this goal sometime this month.
After looking at all the stats, I have no doubt that I can complete all of these goals before the year is over.
GOLD – All Monthly Challenges – Will Not Complete
I missed the gold badge for cycling in April since I was not able to cycle for a few weeks during that month. I ended up getting silver for that month, but I did hit goals for running, strength and cycling every other month. Unfortunately this means I won’t hit this goal BUT I will try to continue to get gold for all the challenges through the end of the year.
My one Orangetheory Fitness goal for this year is to PR the DriTri. I fell short of this goal in March, but I hope that I can have a better performance in September. Fingers crossed!

You’ve been the picture of consistency this year and it’s been really inspiring! Great job on all those milestones (and the ones coming up!)
So far so good with me–I wanted to finish all those deferred races and so far I have. One more to go and that isn’t until October!
kookyrunner says
Love that you have been able to check off those deferred races off of your list – that’s awesome!

I’ve called you the Pelo Queen before and there’s a solid reason 🙂 Well done on all those goals & milestones. My Pelo numbers are down because I’m doing so much stuff outdoors and not utilizing the app (for classes) . I’m keeping my daily streak, but that’s about it.

Thank #kimtwin! I’m glad that you’re able to get outside so much now that the weather is nicer.

Wow. Amazing with your Peleton goals. You are so consistent with your workouts.
My year is going fine. I’m running and racing. Healthy! Life is good.
kookyrunner says
You’ve had such a consistent, great racing season this year!
Catrina says
Wow, you’ve achieved nearly all your goals by mid-year, Kim! Well done!
But you know what that means… now you will have to DOUBLE your goals for 2022!
Except for the BootCamp one, but even there you could probably go for 150% of that goal.
Looking forward to your DriTri in September!
kookyrunner says
LOL, yup! I will have to add some new goals.

You’re already done with your 1000 cycling class goal!!! That’s incredible, only halfway through the year. And so close on all the other goals too. Yes, I guess you need to set a new cycling goal for the second half. You’ve really done a lot this year- I guess there’s nothing else to say, other than “keep up the good work!”
kookyrunner says
Thanks Jenny! I think I’m going to set some new Peloton goals. I’m very type A so I love working toward goals 🙂
Deborah Brooks says
boom! congrats on your 1000 cycle classes! I am hoping to hit 800 this month. I have no doubt you will hit the others way before the end of the year. I am hoping they have some other new fun summer challenge for motivation

Thanks! It feels like it took me forever to reach 1,000 rides, lol. I heard a rumor that the All for One music festival is coming back in August. Hopefully it’s as fun as it was last year.

Fantastic job all around Kim! You are crushing those Peloton goals – no surprise though, as Wendy said, you have been the picture of consistency.
This year is the first time I didn’t set annual goals. I’ve just been sticking to my monthly goal setting – so far so good.
kookyrunner says
Thanks Michelle! Sometimes I don’t want to workout but with all the craziness in the world, I need an outlet or else I would be super stressed all the time, lol.
Zenaida Arroyo says
Congrats! You inspire me with your goals. You’ve also given me some ideas on what I can do for next year. I won’t hit that same number as you but it will still be an accomplishment for me.
kookyrunner says
Thanks! And I am happy I was able to give you a few ideas. I have to say, the Peloton goals are always fun for me, lol.
Shathiso says
I love how concrete and measurable your goals are! Well done on what is turning out to be an INCREDIBLE peloton year for you!!! This was an inspirational read.
kookyrunner says
Thank you! this is the first year I’ve set these type of Peloton goals and I actually really like it because it is so measurable!
