Happy Tuesday! It’s time for another edition of Tuesday Topics. This week’s Tuesday Topic: FREE topic!. Remember to link-up with Kim and Zenaida and the bottom of this post.
For this post I decided to take a stroll down memory lane and list out my top 5 Tuesday Topics posts.
1.Tuesday Topics: My Word for 2022
I’m glad that this post has resonated with so many people. I’m so glad that release is my word for 2022 because it has helped me stay calm – for the most part.
2.Tuesday Topics: Six Favorites of 2021
I’m still loving my very colorful Brooks sneakers!
3.Tuesday Topics: Thoughts on my Last Run
The comments on this post confirmed that I’m not the only person that has very random thoughts during my runs.
4.Tuesday Topics: Achieving My 2022 Goals
Three months into 2022 and I’m doing a great job on staying on track to meet my goals. I look forward to doing a mid-year update on my goals at the end of June!
5.Tuesday Topics: My First Pelofondo
It was nice to try something new so early in the year. I enjoyed the Pelofondo challenge so much that I am planning on doing the next one!

I just re-read your Word of the Year post. Release is such a fitting word for 2022. Who would have thought that stress due to Covid would be joined with anxiety over war?
Do you manage to take your meditation or walking breaks at work as you planned to do?

There’s just SO much going on in the world – and so much of it bad – that I really work on telling myself to release the tension, fear and anxiety. It’s hard to do that though!

A fun look back at your year so far! It’s always surprising (to me, anyway) what becomes popular. You just never know!
kookyrunner says
Same here! Pelofondo was pretty popular which was surprising since it’s very Peloton specific

I drafted a word of the year post but I never published it! I’m not sure why. Maybe I’ll share it at the end of the year, lol.
kookyrunner says
Definitely share it at the end of the year – I’m curious!

Great idea for post.
Though I don’t have many readers. And I write for me.
I should take a look at some point though.
kookyrunner says
I don’t have that many readers either but sometimes I like to go and look at the stats.

Thanks for the Spring PeloFondo reminder! I need to get it scheduled and on my calendar 😉 Hoping I can do some of those miles outdoors!!

The post reminded me to look up the April dates for Pelofondo, lol.
Zenaida Arroyo says
I like this post idea! I will probably do something similar too. And just like Kim said, thanks for the the PeloFondo reminder. It is at the end of April so I need to train for it. 🙂
kookyrunner says
I looked up the dates today and I definitely need to start training and doing some longer rides lol.

Yes, it’s always interesting to see which posts were popular! It’a also fun to go back and remember certain events, like the Pelofondo. It certainly seems to be a popular topic!
kookyrunner says
It does! I was surprised that post did so well because it’s very Peloton specific but it must have resonated with people.

I love seeing what pops up on my most popular posts tabs. It’s cool to see what people are interested in. I think the word of the year was a good one because it really makes you think! I’m glad a lot of people shared on that post too!
kookyrunner says
Right? It’s funny because some topics that I think will be popular usually aren’t, lol.
Shathiso says
I love your top five! I think my favourite was your Pelofondo one – I love challenges that take me out of my comfort zone and are tough! And I think that’s why it resonates with me. Can’t wait to see you do the next one !
kookyrunner says
Thanks! I was actually surprised that I enjoyed Pelofondo as much as I did because I decided to do it at the very last minute, lol
