Topic for next week – Things you saw on your last run
I just re-read your Word of the Year post. Release is such a fitting word for 2022. Who would have thought that stress due to Covid would be joined with anxiety over war?
Do you manage to take your meditation or walking breaks at work as you planned to do?
There’s just SO much going on in the world – and so much of it bad – that I really work on telling myself to release the tension, fear and anxiety. It’s hard to do that though!
A fun look back at your year so far! It’s always surprising (to me, anyway) what becomes popular. You just never know!
Same here! Pelofondo was pretty popular which was surprising since it’s very Peloton specific
I drafted a word of the year post but I never published it! I’m not sure why. Maybe I’ll share it at the end of the year, lol.

Yes, it’s always interesting to see which posts were popular! It’a also fun to go back and remember certain events, like the Pelofondo. It certainly seems to be a popular topic!

I love seeing what pops up on my most popular posts tabs. It’s cool to see what people are interested in. I think the word of the year was a good one because it really makes you think! I’m glad a lot of people shared on that post too!

I love your top five! I think my favourite was your Pelofondo one – I love challenges that take me out of my comfort zone and are tough! And I think that’s why it resonates with me. Can’t wait to see you do the next one !
