This week is all about pump up songs. You know, those songs that give you a little extra power to finish up your run or workout. Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of rap music when I feel like lifting a little heavier or running a little faster. These songs have been re-introduced to my playlist this week because they’re just fun!

This is such a good crunk song! I absolutely love the beat and it just makes me want to stomp and dance. Every time I hear him say “I ain’t never scared” it makes me want to work that much harder. Because honestly, we shouldn’t be scared of anything, especially when it comes to fitness goals, right?
