#nevermissamonday! I had to laugh at myself because during the today’s top hits run I kept saying “Oh I recognize this song from TikTok” LOL. Maybe I need to spend less time viewing videos on that app.

The OTF class had a little bit of everything – longer rows, inclines on the treadmill and a variety of different sized weights on the floor. I very much enjoyed it.

As usual, Jess was completely insane for her Saturday60 bootcamp. The theme was Crazy 8’s on the treadmill, so a bunch of different speed intervals. The strength section was just as nuts, but the good thing is that I’m now all caught up on the Saturday60 classes. The dance cardio class was a fun way to decompress after work, and it was a beginner class so I was actually able to catch on to the steps, unlike the advanced Beyonce dance cardio class, lol.

We had lots of work on the Bosu for OTF class and I was proud of myself for staying on the Bosu for all the exercises. Sometimes I lose my balance, especially for any ab exercises on the Bosu. Also, another fun dance cardio class too!

It felt nice to take a live Saturday60 class since I’ve missed it the past few weeks. It wasn’t an advanced class but the 2nd floor block and 3rd treadmill block were brutal!

Earlier in the week, Peloton announced Foo Fighters as their next group of Artist Series classes. I was pumped since I love their music and decided to stack all of the classes together. It kind of felt like I was working out at a concert. I’ll do the yoga class later on today.
Total Weekly Mileage: 16.2 miles
Summary: 6 runs*, 8 cycle, 3 bootcamps, 2 yoga and 8 OTF/strength/HIIT classes.
*I include running from my OTF workouts, boot camp classes and stand alone runs.
Peloton Artist Series Classes Progress – 443/447
The work week was absolutely insane but the pay off is having next week off. Luckily I was able to make pretty good progress on my projects so my colleagues can pick up anything while I’m out. Yesterday I finished up season 2 of The Morning Show. If you haven’t watched this show, it’s available on Apple TV and I highly recommend it. I think this season was better than season 1.
Do you have plans for any Turkey Trots next week? I’m not doing a turkey trot but I will be doing an OTF class in a turkey costume so stay tuned for photos of that.

Funny that Peloton featured the Foos this week. I have been putting them on shuffle on Spotify all week! I’m enjoying finding songs that I’ve never heard. I haven’t found any songs I don’t like yet!

I definitely have my favorites for certain disciplines (bootcamp, strength, etc) but I like to try all of the new instructors a few times. My issue now is that I don’t have enough time in the day to workout with all the instructors I want to workout with, lol.

The crazy temps from last week seem to be continuing into this week – ugh!

Oooh, I want a BOSU!!! Not that I’d be any good on it, LOL, but I think it would be great for training and working on improving my balance. Those dance classes, though….I’m so horribly uncoordinated, I’d have to do the beginner classes (on repeat, a few times) to get the moves. I hope you have a great week away from your office duties 😉

Foo Fighters! I need to find some classes to do now I’m nearly over my cold (so snuffly and coughy I’ve not been able to do anything apart from the odd walk). Mind you, buying Dave Grohl’s new book somehow tipped my husband into setting me a challenge to read all the books I’d acquired before it before I’m allowed to read it (wah!).
