Happy Wednesday! This week I’m writing to you from Minneapolis. It’s a really cool city and you should definitely check it out!
Today I want to talk to you about Enertor Insoles! Enertor reached out to me earlier this year to see if I would be interested in trying out their insoles. Truth be told, I have tried two other types insoles in the past and I was not happy with the results. Either my feet would ache or it would just feel very uncomfortable. That being said, I still decided to research the company and was surprised to see that Usain Bolt uses their insoles. I thought “If it’s good enough for Usain Bolt, I can certainly give them a try”! Let’s just say that after running 80+ miles with these insoles, I’m loving the results.
Fun Facts about Enertor Insoles
– Powered by patented D3O® technology – the insoles recycle 36%* of every stride’s energy, and reduce shock by 44%*.
*as validated by a leading independent test house
– Insoles do not come in half sizes, but you can cut them down to fit your sneakers.
– The insoles can last as long as 18 months (usually 6x longer than premium insoles).
– Enertor offers a one-year warranty against any defects.
– Insoles can be transferred from sneaker to sneaker.
– There is no limit of body weight placed onto the insoles.
– The insoles will help people with flat feet or high arches.
– This is the only insole worn and endorsed by Usain Bolt.
D3O® Technology
I think the D30 technology is the main reason I love these insoles. As a runner that needs a support sneaker (shout out to Mizuno Wave Inspire!), I love that this technology reduces shock absorbtion. It also provides extra cushioning on impact. I think it’s best to see this technology in action. Take a look at the video below:
My Experience with Enertor Insoles
After doing a mix of both shorter and longer runs in the insoles, I’m very happy with how they feel. Here are my observations:
My running seemed more “balanced”. I think that I tend to favor one side over another when I run (due to weak hips), but during my runs I just felt more balanced, like I was pushing off both feet equally.
The first mile wasn’t hell. Usually with my runs the first mile is hard, like so hard. I just feel like my legs take a while to get adjusted to what I want to do. I noticed that this wasn’t the case with the insoles. I felt “ready to go” within the first quarter mile.
Less foot pain. It’s not that my foot is in pain, but sometimes after a run it would feel a little sore. I’ve noticed a drastic decrease in this since using the insoles

This is the first pair of insoles that I actually like!
Rachel says
I was approached by them at the beginning of the year as well. But I’ve never worn insoles before so I didn’t want to say “yes” and then not have a good experience. I’m glad you had a good one, though! Now it makes me wonder if I should try them!
kookyrunner says
Yeah I definitely waited about 2 weeks before I got back to them because of my previous experience with insoles, but I’m glad that I gave them a try! They gave me a pair to try and then I purchased another pair because I liked them so much!
Gina says
Hello from the other side of the cities! 🙂 I’m about 30 miles from Minneapolis! I haven’t tried insoles ever in shoes.

Will I run as fast as Usain???
Because then you have me sold 😀
kookyrunner says
LOL I wish that was the case!
Angela @marathonsandmotivation.com says
I’ve worn insoles in the past when I was struggling with plantar fasciitis, so I will have to check into these! Right now, all is good, so I do not want to up set the “balance”. 🙂
kookyrunner says
Totally understand! If everything is working well for you right now, don’t change anything!
Annmarie says
These sound like a great option! I love the black and white pattern too!
kookyrunner says
Let me know if you check them out!
Elaine @myRUNexperiment says
I used to wear specialized insoles that were prescribed to me by a podiatrist when I had issues with plantar fasciitis. I haven’t worn them though in a long time and haven’t had any problems. I tried Sof Sole as I was an ambassador but I like them better in my walking shoes where I need more support.
kookyrunner says
That’s so important to remember to use the insoles in walking shoes as well – I need to remember that!
Toni says
Looks like great insoles, I will definitely check them out.
kookyrunner says
Let me know what you think if you try them out!
Smitha @ FauxRunner says
I’ve worn insoles when I’ve had foot issues. I ordered a pair just last week.
kookyrunner says
That’s great. I’m glad that insoles helped you.
Mary Beth Jackson says
I have never thought of wearing insoles for running. I wore corrector shoes as a kid and could not wait to wear normal shoes 🙂 So far so good for me with the running but it is good to know that there is options if needed.
kookyrunner says
I’m so glad that your running is going well!
Farrah says
Gotta love things that make running more comfortable and balanced! These insoles sound awesome!
kookyrunner says
Definitely! Anything to help me run with less pain is amazing in my book!
