A few weeks ago I wrote about 5 ways to be #SummerStrong with Bob’s Red Mill Protein Powder. I’ve now had a few weeks to try out all of the flavors and wanted to share some of my favorite recipes!
Bob’s Red Mill Protein Powder is vegan, gluten free, has probiotics and comes in 4 different flavors: Chai, Chocolate, Protein & Fiber and Vanilla. Overall my favorite flavor was vanilla.
The great thing about the protein powders is that they each come with recipes on the package. Here are a few of my favorite smoothies that I have enjoyed over the past few weeks.
Ingredients
1/3 cup Chocolate Protein Powder Nutritional Booster
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Ice Cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
Ingredients
1/3 cup Chai Protein Powder Nutritional Booster
1 cup Light Coconut Milk
1 Banana
1/2 cup Ice Cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Ingredients
1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder Nutritional Booster
1 cup orange juice
6 oz Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup Ice Cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
Ingredients
1/3 cup Protein & Fiber Nutritional Booster
2 cups Apple Juice
1 cup Spinach fresh
1/2 Avocado
1 cup chopped Apple
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Ingredients
1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder Nutritional Booster
1 cup Milk
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2/3 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

I love protein shakes and am totally addicted to protein fluff. I’ve never used bobs red mill proteins or nutritional boosters but I like trying new protein powders. The chia one sounds amazing.

We use RynoPower products (made by a SuperCross racer), since my husband is in the motorcycle business. They have a chocolate & vanilla protein powder…I like both. We’ll add various fruits & yogurt to it.
