How do you use MealEnders?
I tried the product for two weeks and I found the lozenges were most effective for me after lunch, after my afternoon snack or after dinner. I felt the urge to snack less which was huge for me because I’m a constanct snacker (and I dont always make the best choices!).
MealEnders come in four flavors: chocolate mint, cinnamon, citrus and mocha. All the flavors are good but my top two are chocolate mint and citrus.
