Disclaimer – I was given 4 bags of MealEnders lozenges to try due to my affiliation with FitApproach. All opinions and thoughts are my own!
Happy Tuesday! I usually don’t blog on Tuesdays, but since I have TWO giveaways to share this week, I made an exception!
So…if you’re like me, I exercise to maintain my weight because I like to eat #allthethings. I love food and it loves me right back. I don’t believe in diets but I do believe in eating everything in moderation. This is why I was so excited to be given the opportunity to try MealEnders through my affiliation with FitApproach!
It’s very easy to overeat during the holidays. Between parties, potlucks and events, it’s easy to consume tons of additional calories through holiday drinks and treats. This is why you need MealEnders!
What exactly are MealEnders Signaling Lozenges?
According to their website:
“MealEnders Signaling Lozenges are a revolutionary way to help beat overeating, master portion control and curb snacking by clearing cravings from the mouth and mind. MealEnders’ combines the best of food science and behavioral psychology to offer a stimulant-free way to fight the urge to overindulge.”
In addition, each signaling lozenge contains only 2 grams of sugar and 15 calories!
How do you use MealEnders?
I tried the product for two weeks and I found the lozenges were most effective for me after lunch, after my afternoon snack or after dinner. I felt the urge to snack less which was huge for me because I’m a constanct snacker (and I dont always make the best choices!).
MealEnders come in four flavors: chocolate mint, cinnamon, citrus and mocha. All the flavors are good but my top two are chocolate mint and citrus.
Want to try MealEnders? You’re in luck! One reader will win four bags (one of each flavor) of MealEnders to try. Enter below!
