Music has always been my first love. I can remember saving up my money in the 90s to buy CDs on the first day they were released. I also love a bunch of different genres of music. I have a pair of trekzair (or whatever they are called haha) – I still am not totally sure about them but I have to say I do like that I can now hear what’s around me AND the music. And as much as I LOVE music, I’m not so dependant anymore on it during a run since I went so long without headphones!
Unfortunately I’m still super dependent on my headphones – I just love music too much – so I love that I can wear these and still hear my surroundings.
I’m gonna check out the sweepstakes! Since my iPod died a few months ago, I have been running almost exclusively without music (I did borrow the hubby’s Nano once for some ABBA LOL). I was really surprised how easy it’s been to not have music pushing me along…even in a few races. I never would have believed I could run “in silence,” but it’s been a nice change.

I love Aftershokz. I have an old pair of Bluez2S that were hand me downs and got a new pair at the expo that I haven’t yet set up. Oops. For me the 2S do double duty as a headband, which I love. While I don’t mind hats, I don’t like headbands while running as they’re too fiddly
I liked that I am able to use a headband or hat with the headphones – really helps me for running in all types of weather!
