Happy Sunday, and Happy New Year! I always feel like the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day always goes by in a flash, even though I’m never really sure what day it is, lol.
Work was actually pleasant this week since a lot of people were on vacation so I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of emails and nonsense.

I can’t believe this was the last Monday of 2021. Now I’m not a huge Taylor Swift fan, but as you know, I always do all of the Peloton Artist Series classes, so this was no different. There’s also a special badge for doing at least of the classes so of course I had to get that too 🙂

The Live DJ run was so fun! I really like the energy between Adrian and DJ John Michael – it’s always a good time. The 60 minute bike bootcamp with Jess was no joke – that woman packs so much into those classes!

I did a rare live run in the afternoon to celebrate 350 runs, and luckily it was with Jess Sims. Amazing playlist and just an overall fun class. I haven’t done a 20 minute bootcamp in a long time but it was just the with amount of running and strength training that I needed for the day. The pilates class was hard for me – I’m not great at pilates (trying to get better), so 30 minutes is a little long.

Happy New Year’s Eve! I had the day off of work so I ran a few errands in the morning so I could chill most of the day on Saturday. The walk + run with Jess was a really great class and I also enjoyed Daniel’s strength class too. I forgot how much I like his classes.

I wanted to give my legs a break so no power walks, hikes or running today. It’s nice to stack the stacking stuffer rides because you get a little bit of everything. I couldn’t figure out why I kept getting hgih fives during Alex’s ride and once the ride was over I saw that it was my 800th ride – oops! I usually try to keep track of milestones but somehow I missed that one. I wasn’t a huge fan of the strength class as I felt it had too many long breaks – I guess I’m just used to getting tortured by Adrian and Jess, lol.
