Today’s theme is Motivation. What are the songs that inspire you when you are working out?
The artist that motivates me the most when I’m working out is Eminem. He is my favorite music artist and I own all of his CDs (yes, I said CDs, lol). Although his songs are definitely not “kid-friendly”, his lyrics offer motivation just when you need to push harder during a workout. These are three Eminem songs that always give me motivation to dig deep, even when I want to quit.

I had almost forgotten how great of a motivational song Lose Yourself really is. I hadn’t heard the song with Rihanna and I really like the mix!

I guess I am in the minority here. No Eminem for me. Plus, I like music with a faster beat (with or without lyrics) to get me moving.
